The one question that has been eating my brains - " why don't we, in India, have a 911 system ?" Just then my husband reminded me, even if we have one, we ought to have good/better roads or rather a proper road in many places for all those ambulances and fire engines to get to the target spot! A very very valid point. When will we have better infrastructure, better roads, better security systems, better blah blah blah...?
